Much of the wear in your oil is caused at the start-up. Engines using a pre-oiler tend to run very low wear metals and can usually run the oil for longer use intervals." Here is a photo of one of our customer's installation on his pickup truck. He used the GP-301 12 Volt gear pump and the 1/2" check valve (found in our "Valves and Manifolds" section.
