This model is controlled manually. The pre-luber activating switch or button is installed in the bridge. The operator activates the button for 10-15 sec. until the oil pressure gauge registers oil pressure. Than the engine starter is activated. If the engine has a "pre-heat" feature, the pre-luber can be wired to work as long as the "pre-heat" button is depressed. This will simplify the operation and the engine will be pre-lubed every time. When time comes to change the engine oil, all you have to do is: turn-off the pre-luber valve and open the oil drain valve. Flip-on the built in switch on the side of the unit and the waste oil will flow out of the oil pan into the container. When finished, return the two valves in their previous positions. The unit comes with built-in switch, breaker, check valve, momentary switch and waterproof fuse holder.
